Welcome to Nowra Pilates Centre

The Nowra Pilates Centre studio has been established since 1994, and specialises in personalised teaching of the Pilates principles. Sessions usually consist of 4 people. We use a variety of Pilates equipment and also incorporate floor exercises.

Each client is taught individually and we select and modify exercises within the parameters of age, fitness level, strength, flexibility, body shape and pathologies.

Under this system each person progresses at their own pace and our aim is to help each person realise a more functional movement pattern through increased stability, better balance and improved muscle recruitment patterns, strength and flexibility.

Pilates is useful in injury rehabilitation programs and is complementary to aerobics, gym work and sports training.
