Dorothy Curnow Dorothy Curnow - completed her early teacher training with Nicole Vass and Ingrid Shaw in Sydney and advanced teacher training with the Pilates Physicalmind Institute in the United States. As a Practitioner/Level 4 member of the Australian Pilates Method Association, she has documented more than 7,500 hours of teaching. Dorothy has been a lecturer and the Supervised Clinical Hours Co-ordinator on the Pilates course at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and has completed post-graduate research in Pilates at UTS. She has co-authored a manual, Pilates Protocols: Musculo-Skeletal Issues published in New York by the Pilates Physicalmind Institute and also has a Certificate IV in Pilates Instruction. Her regular teaching times are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday afternoons.

Jennifer Hoult Jennifer Hoult - completed the Graduate Certificate in Pilates at the University of Technology Sydney in 2001 and was a lecturer on the UTS course for 4 years. Jennifer brings a broad experience of musculo-skeletal issues to Pilates and has documented more than 4,000 hours of teaching. Her regular teaching times are Thursday mornings and Fridays.

| Danielle Leach Danielle Leach - completed the Graduate Certificate in Pilates at the University of Technology Sydney in 2003 and has a background in lower leg musculo-skeletal issues. She teaches at Nowra Pilates Centre on a regular basis as a relief teacher.

Assistants From time to time there will be student instructors assisting at some of the sessions. These instructors are fulfilling their supervised clinical hours requirement.
