All new clients to Nowra Pilates Centre attend an initial assessment of 75 to 90 minutes. This is a private lesson in which we conduct a postural assessment and range of movement assessment, discuss injuries and problem areas, and start explaining some of the underlying Pilates principles. Please bring all relevant documents eg. X-rays and reports to this session. Fee is $132.00, including GST, payable at the end of the session.
